Cut list, jig, weld, dress, finish, hang. Keeping all six steps in one place is why a one-off is possible at all — nothing has to be ordered to a standard size, and the people who fabricated it are the people who hang it.
Tight urban openings are exactly where a gate gets made rather than bought — an odd width, an awkward pier, a wall that is not square to the road.
On a short frontage the gate, the operator and the access hardware are all competing for the same few feet.

Broward is inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so the wind rating is settled by code rather than by preference. What is not settled by code is the local review — Tamarac handles that itself, and starting it early is the cheapest decision on the whole project.

- Broward sits inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so wind rating is set by code. The permit itself is local, and an HOA architectural review often runs alongside it.
- Is Broward the same as Miami-Dade?
- For wind load, yes — both counties are inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. For permitting, no: that is administered locally and it is not identical from city to city.

- A sketch is enough to start. We draw it properly and show you the gate on your entrance.
- Can you match something that already exists?
- Yes — an existing panel, a neighbouring property's detail, or a piece of the house itself.
