Torch cutting through steel box section on a bench with sparks pouring off

In the shop · Hialeah, FL

Designed, cut, welded and finished in-house, then hung by the people who built it.

Black sliding gate running along a concrete driveway beside a clipped lawn and palms.
The urban coreWhere the driveway usually meets the sidewalk and the swing arc has to come from somewhere else.

Hialeah · Miami-Dade County

Cut list, jig, weld, dress, finish, hang. Keeping all six steps in one place is why a one-off is possible at all — nothing has to be ordered to a standard size, and the people who fabricated it are the people who hang it.

Tight urban openings are exactly where a gate gets made rather than bought — an odd width, an awkward pier, a wall that is not square to the road.

On a short frontage the gate, the operator and the access hardware are all competing for the same few feet.

Two approvals, not one

Anything structural at the property line in Miami-Dade answers to the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone standard, and that is what sets the frame and the fixings. Separately, Hialeah runs a local review, and where a homeowners' association governs the street it generally runs one of its own. Neither is a thing to discover after fabrication.

I have a sketch, not a drawing.
A sketch is enough to start. We draw it properly and show you the gate on your entrance.
Can you match something that already exists?
Yes — an existing panel, a neighbouring property's detail, or a piece of the house itself.
Structural repair, not a new gate?
We weld on site. Posts, frames, hinges and rails get repaired where they stand.
Can you work from a photograph?
Yes. A photograph of the detail you want matched is usually more useful than a description of it.
