Chain drive and worn hardware exposed alongside an overgrown sliding gate rail

Every brand · Riviera Beach, FL

We service every major operator brand, not only the ones we fitted.

Plenty of companies will only touch their own installs. That is not much use when the gate is already stuck and the original installer has moved on. Every major operator brand gets serviced here, regardless of whose van it arrived in.

Most coastal failures are corrosion working out of sight — a seized hinge, a bottom rail rusted through from the inside, a board that has been breathing salt air for years.

Wind exposure on the water is not only a number in a code table — it is what actually loads a gate leaf, every afternoon.

The coastal towns add a layer

Palm Beach County sits outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so the product approvals differ from the two counties to the south. On top of that, several towns and associations in this county run design guidelines of their own — so what Riviera Beach expects is worth reading before a finish is chosen, not after.

Can you get the part?
Most common failures are on operators still in production. Where a unit is genuinely obsolete we say so rather than chase it.
Is it worth servicing before it breaks?
Usually. Hinge wear, chain tension and sensor alignment are cheap to correct and expensive to leave alone.
It still works, but it sounds wrong.
That is a real symptom. Noise generally arrives before failure does, and it is a much smaller job at that stage.
Will it survive this close to the water?
Salt is the design brief on the coast, so material, fixings and finish are chosen for the exposure rather than for the photograph.
