  • Wellington runs on trailers

    Equestrian property is planned around a truck and trailer turning in off the road. Clear opening width, and the swing path that width needs, gets decided before anybody talks about style.

  • The island towns

    Palm Beach, Highland Beach, Ocean Ridge, Juno Beach and Jupiter Inlet Colony are barrier-island addresses. Salt exposure, and whatever design guidelines the town or the association runs, shape the finish as much as the frame does.

  • The country-club belt

    Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington and Palm Beach Gardens hold a dense band of gated communities — guest access, vendor access and resident throughput all wanted on one entry.

  • Outside the HVHZ

    Palm Beach County sits outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone that governs Miami-Dade and Broward. Wind still decides the frame here; the product-approval paperwork is simply a different set.
